About The Palisades
The Palisades is a planned parkland community in Dubai Investments Park, conceived around open green space with residential, commercial and leisure uses. The residential component was set at twenty buildings holding roughly 1,450 apartments, together with 36 townhouses and eight villas.
Dubai Investments established Palisades Development Company to manage, lease and market the project, with infrastructure and road grading contracts awarded in 2017. No current unit pricing has been published.
The project's status remains unclear: some sources still describe it as an infrastructure-stage development while at least one portal lists it as ready. Buyers should confirm the present position directly with Dubai Investments.
