About Bay Square
Bay Square is a low- to mid-rise mixed-use precinct of thirteen buildings on the Business Bay canal, developed by Dubai Properties with residences, offices and ground-floor retail around a car-free central plaza.
Building 1 was completed in 2014 and the full development was recorded as complete by 2017; pricing is now entirely secondary-market.
