About The Villa
The Villa is a Dubailand community developed by Dubai Properties in alliance with Mazaya, organised into Aldea, Ponderosa, Hacienda and Centro around three village circles, with Mallorca, Valencia and Cordoba villa types.
Resale pricing varies widely by plot and upgrade; large Ponderosa homes were listed between about AED 16.8 million and AED 18.75 million.
Launched in 2005, the community matured over roughly five years and is fully built, with a Spinneys community centre.
