About Expo Village
Expo Village was built to house Expo 2020 participants and transitioned to a permanent residential community on the edge of Expo City. It is a cluster of low- and mid-rise residence buildings, numbered Residences 1 through 4, alongside a smaller set of townhouses and villas.
Sale listings vary considerably by portal, from around AED 850K for smaller apartments up to several million for larger apartments, townhouses and five-bedroom villas. Rentals are active, with one-bedroom units averaging roughly AED 62K to 72K per year.
The community is complete and occupied, making it one of the few ready-to-move districts in the Expo corridor. Its appeal rests on proximity to Expo City's business district, Al Maktoum International Airport and the metro.
