Golf Trails is a collection of mid-rise residences sitting on the periphery of the 18-hole championship course at Emaar South, close to the golf clubhouse and driving range. The release covers one to three-bedroom apartments alongside three-bedroom townhouses.
Positioning is the differentiator against the other Emaar South releases: Golf Trails is nearer the clubhouse and driving range than its neighbours, which matters if the golf lifestyle is the actual reason you're buying rather than a view you look at.
