About Bvlgari Mansions
Bvlgari Mansions are the fifteen standalone branded mansions that form part of the original Bulgari Resort & Residences on Jumeira Bay, Meraas's seahorse-shaped island off Jumeirah, with private pools and resort services.
Launch pricing ran from AED 18 to 51 million in 2016, with some portals quoting entry from around AED 11 million; one ready mansion on the island was later marketed at AED 495 million, and the newer seven Bvlgari Ocean Mansions are priced from AED 150 million.
Handover took place in April 2018 and the mansions are complete, trading only on resale.
