Al Furjan Villas are the founding villa stock of Nakheel's Al Furjan community, offered in Quortaj style (North African and Arabian arches) and a contemporary Dubai style.
Launches ran from about AED 2.85 million to 2.9 million; 2026 ready transactions for Quortaj villas range roughly AED 2.2 million to 7.2 million by size.
Nakheel delivered the bulk of the villas by the mid-2010s and the community is complete.
