About Discovery Gardens
Discovery Gardens is a large Nakheel apartment district beside Al Furjan and Ibn Battuta Mall, arranged in six themed clusters (Mediterranean, Zen, Contemporary, Mesa, Cactus and Mogul).
Homes are studios to two-bedrooms traded on the secondary market; no developer pricing applies today.
Launched in 2004, the first phase was substantially complete by 2008 with 245 buildings and more than 18,900 apartments.
