About Marina Residences
Marina Residences is a cluster of six 15- to 16-storey towers at the tip of the Palm Jumeirah trunk, developed by Nakheel with Dar Al-Handasah and set directly on Anchor Marina with berths for several hundred vessels.
Property Finder lists Marina Residences 1 from AED 4.4 million to 19 million, with a two-bedroom sale recorded at AED 3.65 million in July 2025 and registered prices around AED 1,950 to 2,340 per sq ft.
Handover of the 980 apartments was phased from 2009, with the sixth and final tower delivered in 2010; the towers are fully complete.
