About Oceana Residences
Oceana Residences is a seven-building, 644-unit resort complex on Nakheel's Palm Jumeirah trunk, built by Seven Tides, with each block named after a sea such as Adriatic, Aegean, Atlantic, Baltic, Pacific and Southern, arranged around pools and a private beach.
Completed-unit sales in 2026 ranged from about AED 1.5 million for a one-bedroom hotel apartment to AED 7.4 million for a two-bedroom in Oceana Southern, with larger Pacific units listed up to AED 24 million; sizes run from roughly 1,200 to over 5,000 sq ft.
The core complex was completed by 2009, with later phases such as Aegean and Adriatic finished between 2012 and 2019.
