Unveiled by LMD on 22 October 2026, the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower rises on Sheikh Zayed Road between the Business Bay and Dubai Mall metro stations. It is marketed at 400 metres across 87 floors (project data lists a roof height of 372 metres) and is expected to become the tallest commercial building in Dubai.
The tower holds 332 Grade A offices plus five full floors of wellness, dining and business amenities, behind a curved, ribbed glass façade with planted terraces and a pointed crown. Interiors are by Bahrain-based International Design Associates, and the triple-height lobby features artwork and a water installation. The name is used with permission from Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation family descendant.
This is a commercial investment rather than a residence. Completion is targeted for 2031, so investors should model a five-year wait before any office lease income.
