Peninsula is a multi-tower waterfront masterplan by Select Group on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, comprising Peninsula One to Five, Peninsula Four The Plaza and Jumeirah Living Business Bay.
The development sold out off-plan, with Select reporting about AED 1.9 billion in sales.
Peninsula Five is handed over, Peninsula One followed in July 2025, Two and Three in Q4 2025, with Jumeirah Living and The Plaza scheduled for 2026.
