About Iris Blue
Iris Blue was the debut Dubai project of Sheth Estate International under its IRIS brand: a 36-storey waterfront tower near JBR and Marina Mall.
With only 156 apartments from one to four bedrooms, it is a low-density building by Marina standards, and the AED 310 million project is a long-standing favourite for sea-view resales.
IRIS formally handed over the completed building in September 2008.
