About Burj Daman
Burj Daman is a mixed-use tower of around 64–65 floors and 235 metres in DIFC, developed by Daman Real Estate Capital Partners, the property arm of Gargash Group's Daman Investments.
The tower combines offices, retail and branded residences on its upper floors, linked to the adjoining Waldorf Astoria DIFC.
The office tower was handed over in December 2012, with the residential component completing later.
