Glitz 3 is a completed two-tower, B+G+8 residential complex in Dubai Studio City with studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, the third project in Danube's Glitz series.
The project was reported at about AED 350 million in value; today it trades on the resale and rental market with no developer pricing in circulation.
Danube announced delivery in March 2018, a few months after the originally targeted end-2017 completion.
