Lawnz is one of Danube's largest projects, a four-building community of 1,064 studios to two-bedroom apartments in International City.
Launch prices were around AED 290,000 for studios, AED 499,000 for one-bedrooms and AED 699,000 for two-bedrooms, and the project sold out at launch.
Originally slated for 2020, the project was handed over in February 2022 and now trades on the resale market.
