About Al Jazi
Al Jazi was released in the second quarter of 2022 as the fifth building cluster within Madinat Jumeirah Living, continuing the community's low-rise, Arabesque-inspired architecture opposite Burj Al Arab.
Launch pricing started around AED 1.4 million, with some portals quoting entry closer to AED 2.17 million for larger layouts; the payment structure was 20% at booking, 30% through construction and 50% at handover.
Handover was scheduled for around August 2025, placing Al Jazi among the recently completed phases of the masterplan.
