About Arabella
Arabella is a trio of townhouse phases within Mudon, Dubai Properties' gated community in Dubailand, launched in May 2015 with three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from roughly 1,984 to 2,603 square feet.
Launch pricing for the later Arabella 3 phase was quoted around AED 1.6 million, while some portals list the first phase from about AED 2.55 million; current values are set by the resale market.
Dubai Properties began handing over the townhouses on schedule, with the final phase completing around April 2019, so all three clusters are now established and occupied.
