About Al Murjan Tower
Al Murjan Tower belongs to Emaar's gated six-tower Dubai Marina Towers complex — Al Mesk, Al Anbar, Al Yass, Al Fairooz, Al Murjan and Al Mass — the first phase of Dubai Marina (one of the six original towers).
The complex has around 1,100 apartments in total, all of which sold out shortly after the 2002 launch; homes now trade on the secondary market.
The towers were completed in 2003 and are among the most established addresses in the marina.
