About Al Yass Tower
Al Yass Tower belongs to Emaar's gated six-tower Dubai Marina Towers complex — Al Mesk, Al Anbar, Al Yass, Al Fairooz, Al Murjan and Al Mass — the first phase of Dubai Marina (27 floors on one listing, 19 on another).
The complex has around 1,100 apartments in total, all of which sold out shortly after the 2002 launch; homes now trade on the secondary market.
The towers were completed in 2003 and are among the most established addresses in the marina.
