Baystar by Vida brings Emaar's lifestyle hotel brand to the Mina Rashid waterfront, beside the QE2 and the historic port. Layouts range from 728 sq ft one-bedrooms to 2,950 sq ft four-bedroom residences.
Launched in July 2025, remaining inventory now starts at AED 5.31 million, with four-bedroom units listed around AED 11.4–11.5 million. Earlier launch pricing from AED 2.1 million is no longer available.
Handover is listed for Q3 2028, although some listing text references Q4 2029 — confirm the schedule with Emaar.

Construction instalments
Instalments are paid into the project escrow account as construction milestones are reached.

Handover and title deed
On completion (scheduled Q3 2028), the final payment is made, a snagging inspection takes place and the title deed is issued.
