About The Greens
The Greens is one of the core completed communities of Emirates Living, Emaar's master development beside Emirates Hills that began in 1999. Low-rise apartment community of ten complexes launched in 2001 with its first phase delivered in 2003.
All homes are resale; pricing depends on cluster, lake or golf frontage and renovation level. No starting price appeared in the search results.
The community has long been handed over and fully occupied; the only late-stage releases in Emirates Living were final homes at The Views.
