About The Residences
The Residences is one of Downtown Dubai's founding residential clusters, a collection of nine Emaar towers designed with Woods Bagot around the Burj Khalifa district.
Tower heights range from the low twenties to the low forties in storeys, giving each building its own outlook across the district.
Delivered in two phases, with completion widely cited as 2007, the towers sit within a short walk of The Dubai Mall and the Boulevard.
