About Golf Fields
Golf Fields is one of four Emaar releases fronting the championship course at Emaar South, covering one to three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses from a launch price of AED 1.26 million.
Emaar has now released Golf Vale, Golf Trails, Golf Fields and Vista Ridge into the same golf-facing corridor, and the practical question for a buyer is which one to take rather than whether to buy the community. They share an amenity set and a price band; the differences come down to exact position relative to the fairways and the clubhouse, and to what stock is actually left in each.
That is a conversation worth having before you commit — the four are close enough that picking on brochure alone risks paying a premium for a position that does not suit you.
