Golf Fields is one of four Emaar releases fronting the championship course at Emaar South, covering one to three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses from a launch price of AED 1.26 million.
Emaar has now released Golf Vale, Golf Trails, Golf Fields and Vista Ridge into the same golf-facing corridor, and the practical question for a buyer is which one to take rather than whether to buy the community. Construction instalments
Instalments are paid into the project escrow account as construction milestones are reached.

Handover and title deed
On completion, the final payment is made, a snagging inspection takes place and the title deed is issued.
