Terra Woods sits in Expo Living, the 454,747 sqm community Emaar is developing in partnership with Dubai World Trade Centre, a short walk from Expo City. The release covers one to three-bedroom apartments and townhouses from AED 1.6 million.
Emaar's live listing shows from AED 1,611,888 for 742 sqft with 19 units available. That is the closest alignment between launch price and current inventory across every Emaar project we tracked — and at 742 sqft it is also the smallest entry unit, which makes it the most accessible ticket into current Emaar stock.
The design brief is unusual for Emaar: mid-rise blocks arranged around shared green courtyards rather than tower-and-podium, with a rooftop padel court and a meditation and yoga garden. It is aimed at community living rather than view maximisation, which suits end users more than short-term investors.
