About Lawncrest
Lawncrest is the fifth residential project by Dubai boutique developer Zimaya Properties — a AED 185 million, ten-storey building of 183 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Dubai Production City, with views across the Jumeirah Golf Estates greens.
Specification includes Teka kitchen appliances, a Technogym partnership and home automation. Roughly half the units sold within the first three weeks of launch, and four of Zimaya's previous projects sold out.

Construction instalments
