About Armani Beach Residences
Armani Beach Residences is Arada’s Palm Jumeirah release: architecture by Tadao Ando, interiors by Armani/Casa, in two, three and four-bedroom configurations.
The Tadao Ando involvement is what sets this apart. Ando is a Pritzker Prize laureate and this is among his few residential projects anywhere — that is a different order of architectural credential to a branded fit-out alone, and it is the reason the building will be discussed internationally rather than just locally.
Branded residences carry a premium and a narrower buyer pool: you are selling to someone who specifically wants Armani and Ando. Service charges on branded beachfront stock also run materially above standard, so ask for the schedule before committing.
