About Mesk District at Midtown
Mesk is one of the two concluding districts of Deyaar's Midtown community in Dubai Production City, built under an AED 370 million contract for the final phases.
Mesk and Noor together add more than 900 apartments from studios to three bedrooms; at completion Mesk still had units available directly from the developer.
The district was completed and handed over in 2023, completing the 24-building Midtown community.
