About Estella at Victory Heights
Estella is one of seven villages in Victory Heights, the AED 2.5 billion golf community developed as a joint venture between Bahrain's Arcapita and Dubai Sports City around the Ernie Els-designed course.
Together with Carmen, Estella was among the first 305 villas delivered; homes follow European, Andalusian and Mediterranean styles with villas and townhouses.
The village is fully completed and the wider community, begun in 2006, is finished.
