The project
About Anwa
Anwa is the first Omniyat tower in Dubai Maritime City, a 48-storey waterfront residence with apartments and penthouses that established the brand's presence in the district.
Original sales used a 20/40/40 structure; today the building trades on the secondary market, with asking prices varying widely by unit and floor.
The tower was completed and handed over in December 2021, and its sister projects Anwa Aria and Anwa Phase 2 followed.

Omniyat issues a No Objection Certificate once any outstanding service charges or instalments are settled.

Transfer
Transfer takes place at a Dubai Land Department trustee office; the 4% DLD fee is paid and the new title deed is issued.
